Four Mile Ride
LIMITED RELEASE FINE ART PRINT
Taken on the ride into Four Mile Hut in the NSW Snowy Mountains as the clouds gather overhead.
Part of an ongoing project celebrating the heritage of mountain horsemanship in the Australian high country. Connecting the past and present in the hope that connection will preserve this legacy into the future.
Four Mile hut, was built by Robert Hughes in 1937, and used as a mining outpost from Kiandra. The old bushman would ride, fish and pan for gold.
