Morning Retreats
One of my favourite views of Bungendore. I wanted to capture both the quiet stillness of those beautiful crips mornings but also the movement of morning as the fog and frosts retreat.

“Those of us from the region will no doubt be able to feel the crisp morning air on our cheeks, air that will slowly warm into what will be a beautiful clear, clean day. The photo also succeeds in bringing the genre of landscape photography into the 21st century by framing so beautifully the windmills in the background, standing resolute and proud along the horizon line. They appear like sentinel, watching over and caring for us. not at all incursions into the landscape, but now an integrated part of it.”
